i couldn`t understand this chart very well... if i`m a ``Senior`` what that means?
hi hig. So first off you probably want to be looking at the newer chart (https://visionsofalice.net/forum/download/file.php?id=62893&mode=view) because it's more complete (and the art room is apparently open to members now, I changed that in your quote).
Anyway, you can now see a forum called "the club". You can also use the search feature, and see the member list and member profile pages. Additionally I think you should now have a higher maximum number of stored PMs.

I was wondering, is there a particular reason why members do not have access to the hebephilia forum? Nepi I can understand, however hebe seems like it would be in the same tier as pedo.

Just curious, why don't you consider nepi being on same tier as hebe?
These are specialised forums which access are given as reward for getting promoted to higher membership level, so you can have something to look forward to.

I was looking at it from a general logic understanding perspective. Pedo- is considered taboo by the general population, as is hebe-, however hebe- is closer to the accepted general age of consent which would make it less taboo. Conversely nepi- is on the other end of the spectrum making it more taboo. Maybe I am overthinking it though.
While I am not particularly interested in either, I am interested in The Club. It’s not mentioned anywhere and I can’t decipher anything significant about it. “Intriguing” doesn’t do it justice.

The reason there isn't a specialized pedo board is because the pedos just use the rest of the board. The idea behind having specialized boards is that nepis and hebephiles can have places where they can gush about how amazing girls are in those ages without the pedo majority saying 'yeah, yeah, but what about 6 year olds'. Though both of those boards aren't particularly active. (maybe 3-4 posts/month on the hebe board, and maybe double that in the nepi board).

Yeah, it's not really meant to be, it's just hard to describe, sorry about that. Let me try to de-mystify it a little for you.
The club is basically defined by it's senior-member's only status, it's the least public place on the board that members can access. The description is "A place for more active members to post a little more freely, board rules still apply." Often it's used as a more exclusive version of the "Lean on me" board. Other times it's a more exclusive version of the "activism" board. And I guess there are a few posts that kinda look like things you might expect from the front parlor, but might contain information that people don't necessarily want tied back to them. ~~ someone found a cat recently for instance, that was a post.
