Congratulations to all promoted friends.

I'm an old bugger with immediate family rather far away. After my divorce, I tried several communities, on the internet and in real life. This post can be read by visitors, so I'm not specific, but it seems to me now that it was a matter of trial and error. When I got used to the idea that there's nothing I belong to, I found Visions of Alice. I created an account, just to give it a try. And what I found here, was a community I didn't hope to find any more.
I just want VoA to stay forever. Members of staff, in the past and now: it was you who made me think so and do agreeably.
